  2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. Where consent is given, the data subject has the right to withdraw it at any time with effect for the future and without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revoked. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR provides the legal basis for the processing.
  3. Purpose of data processing

  1. Description and scope of data processing
Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user's computer system. When a user accesses a website, a cookie may be stored on the user's operating system. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR as well as  Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR for analysis purposes and with the user's corresponding consent. VI. Passing on personal data to third parties
Web analytics service (Google Analytics)

  1. Description and scope of data processing
Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analytics is the collection, reporting, and analysis of data on the behaviour of visitors to Internet sites. A web analytics service collects a variety of data, including information such as from which website a data subject has accessed a website (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website have been accessed, or how often and for how long a subpage has been viewed. The controller uses the function "Automatically Anonymize Visitor IPs" for web analytics via Google Analytics. Google uses this to truncate and anonymise the IP address of the Internet connection of the data subject if access to our Internet pages takes place from a Member State of the European Union or from another Contracting State to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
  2. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
  3. Purpose of data processing
The analysis cookies are used for the purpose of improving the quality of our website and its contents, as well as for troubleshooting. The analysis cookies tell us how the website is used, thus enabling us to constantly optimise our offer.
  4. Duration of storage
The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for our recording purposes. Unfortunately, we do not currently know how long Google stores these data in the United States of America.
  5. Option to object and to remove
The browser settings allow the setting of cookies to be prevented in general. As an alternative to blocking, you can also decide whether to accept cookies individually or to categorically accept cookies. Further, you can avoid collection of the data created by the cookie and referring to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google if you download and install the browser plugin available at the following link: Browser Add On to disable Google Analytics.
Each time you visit our website, these personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, are transferred to Google in the United States of America. Google may share this personal information collected through the technical process with third parties. The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
